Compliance with the policies HSE-Q for the Global Concept Co Limited are one of the foundations of corporate culture. The topics of Health, Safety, protection of Environment and processes of Quality are targets constantly changing and to whom tasks are assigned specific internal resources of technical experts.

The continuous updating to the mandatory laws and compliance with international standards, represent the commitment of employees at all levels, from operational management to Top Management. They are the pillars of the efficiency of the Group in terms of HSE-Q.

The company actively planning the process of continuous training and qualification of its workforce in order to adapt to changes in the national and international market.

Considered as a 'culture' Company, subject HSEQ the goals in the "zero accidents", pollution prevention, monitoring abuse of alcohol and drugs, prevention of occupational diseases, are essential requirements for our operations and those of our partners.

Our scope is to achieve the highest ethical standards and integrity in the projects protecting the Safety, Security and Health of our employees, partners and clients in the total respect of the environment

    To that purpose, each action aims at:
  • protecting the safety of its direct and/or indirect personnel
  • minimizing the risks for the workers and for the environment in all the workplaces
  • supervising periodically the compliance with the measures adopted and propose any revisions
  • Intervening in case of necessity through preventive, prompt and/or corrective actions.

The whole staff Global Concept Co Limited. is self committed to the pursuing of such goals: on the one hand, the Top Management "believes that the application of technical safety and environment regulations, as well as the observance of the regulations in force and the regulations internal to the Company, are essential for preparing the ground for an effective prevention in terms of HSE". On the other hand, HSE Manager's task is to put into effect those policies also in compliance with the current regulations, from the management responsible on the basis of each level of competence, actively involved in the management and in the implementation of HSE Policy up to the employees, motivated and trained to prevent any accident, environmental damages and to develop safety – oriented attitude as well as environmental awareness.

As a guarantee of best practice Global Concept Co Limited implements and puts in place a Work Safety Management compliant with the regulations in force, provided in the Safety Manual and in the Operative Instruction and Procedures as a support.

The Environmental System adopted by Global Concept Co Limited is regulated by the Environment Manual and by the relative procedures.

  • Such procedures are subject to periodic revision in order to check the related adequacy as well as the continuous improvement in terms of Environmental impact and reduction of waste, consumptions and emissions.
  • The Environmental Manager ensures the implementation of the regulations related to the Environmental System involving in a direct and immediate way all the company staff.

At GCCL, we are committed to promote Saudization. We work closely with the local community in identifying their skills and matching these to GCCL’s requirements. We extensively use Saudi employee referrals for new employment.

Our commitment to Saudization

GCCL is committed to the training and up-skilling of Saudi nationals. We assist local employees to establish a career assessment plan and work towards achieving it. Regular performance monitoring and assessments are performed to review career paths and further development. Our development programme includes mentorship, on-the-job and external training provisions.. In line with our vision of redefining the future for people and places, GCCL is already playing a key role in delivering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vision 2030.

We are actively involved in the recruitment and development of qualified Saudi candidates in Saudi Arabia. Within our existing contracts, we have successfully utilized the engineering trade, construction, supervisory, HSE, IT, HR and management skills of Saudi staff.
